Petteri Nokelainen scores go-ahead goal, Ducks beat Hurricanes 3-2 @NHL

ANAHEIM, Calif. - Petteri Nokelainen scored the go-ahead goal with 7:17 left and the Anaheim Ducks beat Carolina 3-2 on Wednesday night, sending the Hurricanes to a franchise-record 12th straight road loss to start the season.

Teemu Selanne had a goal and an assist to help the Ducks earn their 300th regular-season home victory.

Anaheim's Corey Perry assisted on a power-play goal by Scott Niedermayer to extend his career-best points streak to 16 games, the longest in the NHL this season and one off the Ducks' franchise record set by Selanne during the 1998-99 campaign.
