Panthers, Ducks swap defencemen, with Blacker to Florida and Robak to Anaheim @NHLdotcom

SUNRISE, Fla. - The Florida Panthers acquired defenceman Jesse Blacker from the Anaheim Ducks on Thursday for defenceman Colby Robak.

The Ducks also are giving Florida draft considerations.

Blacker made his NHL debut last week with the Ducks before being sent back to the team's AHL Norfolk affiliate. He has five assists in 15 AHL games this season and was Toronto's second-round pick in the 2009 draft.

Robak had three assists and 25 penalty minutes in 42 games with the Panthers.
