Owsley makes 39 saves to lead the Cougars over the Hurricanes 4-2 @NHLdotcom

PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. - Drew Owsley stopped 39 of 41 shots, earning first star of the game, as the Prince George Cougars defeated the visiting Lethbridge Hurricanes 4-2 on Saturday in Western Hockey League action.

Jesse Forsberg, Daulton Siwak, Jake Mykitiuk and Jordan Tkatch scored for the Cougars (15-26-2) while Troy Bourke and Reid Jackson chipped in two assists each.

Brady Ramsay and Jay Merkley scored for the Hurricanes (16-29-1), who have now dropped three straight.

Damien Ketlo made 23 saves in defeat.

Prince George went 1 for 5 on the power play while Lethbridge was 1 for 2.
