Owen Sound scores three goals on first four shots to beat Windsor 4-2

WINDSOR, Ont. - Owen Sound scored on three of their first four shots and made the lead stand in a 4-2 victory over the Windsor Spitfires in Ontario Hockey League action Saturday night.

Andrew Engelage replaced Matt Hackett in the Windsor net after goals by Wayne Simmonds, Lane Macdermid and Scott Tregunna.

Windsor (11-6-0-3) scored twice in the second period on goals by Bradley Snetsinger and rookie Taylor Hall, who notched his 14th of the season.

But Macdermid's second goal of the game into an empty net sealed the game for the Attack (6-11-1-0) .

Hackett and Engelage faced 37 shots, while Tyler Beskorowany stopped 45 shots at the other end to pick up the victory.

The game extended the Spits' losing streak to five game, including their last three at the Windsor Arena.
