OHL Roundup: Robinson's three points send league-leading Rangers over Spirit @NHLdotcom

KITCHENER, Ont. - Brandon Robinson had a goal and two assists as the Kitchener Rangers edged the Saginaw Spirit 4-3 on Sunday in Ontario Hockey League action.

Gustaf Franzen, Ryan MacInnis and Darby Llewellyn also scored for the Rangers (9-0-3), who have yet to drop a game in regulation this season and lead the league with 21 points.

Matthew Kreis, with two goals, and Connor Brown provided the offence for Saginaw (4-6-2). Dylan Sadowy had three assists.

Luke Opilka stopped 20 shots for Kitchener, while David Ovsjannikov made 30 saves for the Spirit.

Saginaw scored on one of five power-play attempts, while the Rangers were 0-for-3.



MISSISSAUGA, Ont. ? Jack Flinn made 30 saves to lead the Steelheads over North Bay.

Josh Burnside, Stefan LeBlanc, Everett Clark and Sean Day scored for Mississauga (6-5-2).

Mike Amadio and Miles Liberati had the goals for North Bay (5-6-1).



GUELPH, Ont. ??? Ryan Verbeek scored with 21 seconds left in regulation as Kingston came back to defeat the Storm.

Conor McGlynn and Chad Duchesne had the other goals for the Frontenacs (9-2-2), who scored three straight after falling behind 2-0 in the first period.

Givani Smith and James McEwan scored for Guelph (1-10-1), which has lost seven straight.



WINDSOR, Ont.??? Bradley Latour had a goal and two assists as the Spitfires doubled London.

Gabriel Valardi, Jalen Chatfield, Cristiano DiGiacinto, Aaron Luchuk and Cole Carter also scored for Windsor (8-2-3).

Chandler Yakimowicz, Kole Sherwood and Aaron Berisha scored for London (8-2-2).

OTTAWA ??? Dante Salituro struck twice and added an assist to lead the 67's past Peterborough.

Travis Konecny had a goal and a helper for Ottawa (8-5-0) and Ben Fanjoy also scored.

C.J. Clarke had the lone goal for the Petes (5-5-3).



OSHAWA, Ont. ??? Andrew Mangiapane had a hat trick as Barrie downed the Generals.

Kevin Labanc and Zachary Magwood also found the back of the net for the Colts (7-4-0).

Matt Mistele, Anthony Cirelli and Kenny Huether responded for Oshawa (5-6-2).



SUDBURY, Ont. ??? Maurizio Colella struck twice as Hamilton doubled up the Wolves.

Niki Petti, Cole Candella, Benjamin Gleason and MacKenzie Entwistle also scored for the Bulldogs (5-6-0).

Kyle Capobianco, Matt Schmalz and Conor Cummins scored for Sudbury (4-9-0). Wolves defenceman Patrick Murphy was handed a game misconduct early in the third period for abuse of an official.
