NBCSP, TSN2 to televise Blues-Red Wings on Monday @NHLdotcom
First place in the Western Conference will be on the line Monday night, and both the NBC Sports Network and TSN2 will be all over it.

Two teams on significant winning streaks will collide at Joe Louis Arena, as the Detroit Red Wings host the St. Louis Blues at 7:30 p.m. ET. Mike Babcock's Wings have won six in a row and hold a one-point lead on Ken Hitchcock's Blues, who have reeled off four straight victories. Both teams have won eight of their last 10 games.

The St. Louis-Detroit showdown can be seen on NBCSP in the United States and TSN2 in Canada.

Monday's action gets under way with a pair of games at 7 p.m. ET. The New York Islanders and Toronto Maple Leafs begin a home-and-home series at the Air Canada Centre, while the Carolina Hurricanes host the Winnipeg Jets at the RBC Center.

Meanwhile, the Nashville Predators (28-16-4), who have won back-to-back games and trail Detroit by just five points in the Central Division, will take on the Columbus Blue Jackets at Bridgestone Arena. That game is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET.

The San Jose Sharks will be looking to avoid a three-game skid as they battle the Edmonton Oilers at Rexall Place at 9:30 p.m. ET. Edmonton (17-26-4) has lost three in a row.

In the final game on Monday's schedule, the Los Angeles Kings host the Ottawa Senators at the Staples Center. That game is slated to begin at 10:30 p.m. ET.
