OSHAWA, Ont. - Michael Moffat scored 17 seconds into overtime lifting the Kingston Frontenacs to a 6-5 victory over the Oshawa Generals Saturday night in Ontario Hockey League action.
Conor Stokes scored twice for the Frontenacs (6-14-3) as singles were added by Ryan Spooner, Darcy Greenaway and Tyler Brown.
Brown and Spooner also added two assists each for three-point nights.
The Generals (10-12-4) offence was spread out with goals from Scott Laughton, Christian Thomas, Nicklas Jensen, Andy Andreoff and Boone Jenner.
Igor Bobkov, with 26 saves, picked up the win for Kingston. He replaced starter Blake Richard 5:41 into the first period after Richard had allowed a pair of Oshawa goals on just four shots.
Dan Altshuller took the loss in the Oshawa goal, but made 49 saves on the night.
Kingston went scoreless on six power play chances, while Oshawa was 2-for-5.
