Matt Halischuk scores overtime-winner as Kitchener beats Erie 4-3 @NHLdotcom

Kitchener, Ont. - Matt Halischuk scored the overtime winner as the Kitchener Rangers beat the Erie Otters 4-3 in Ontario Hockey League action Friday night.

Nick Spaling, Mike Duco and Spencer Anderson also scored for the Rangers (15-2-0-0).

Erie (3-12-2-0) got goals from Anthony Peluso, Robyn Sertic and Luke Gazdic.

Mavric Parks started the game for the Rangers but was pulled 1:09 into the second period. He was replaced by Josh Unice. Jaroslav Janus was strong for the Otters turning away 57 shots in the loss.
