Lewis and Carrick two goals each to lead the Battalion over the Frontenacs 5-2 @NHL

BRAMPTON, Ont. - Jamie Lewis and Sam Carrick each scored a pair of goals to lead the Brampton Battalion to a 5-2 win over the Kingston Frontenacs on Sunday afternoon in Ontario Hockey League action.

Philip Lane scored the other Battalion (18-10-4) goal while Marcus McIvor chipped in with two assists.

Cody Alcock and Kyler Nixon scored for the Frontenacs (8-20-4).

Matej Machovsky made 17 saves for the win as Igor Bobkov stopped 36 shots in defeat.

Brampton capitalized on one of their seven opportunities with the man advantage while Kingston went 0-for-7 on the power play.
