Kuptsov scores twice including late winner as Majors rally to edge Colts 403 @NHLdotcom

BARRIE, Ont. - Sergey Kuptsov had two goals including a late winner to lead the Mississauga St. Michael's Majors to a 4-3 victory over the Barrie Colts in Ontario Hockey League action Thursday.

Derek Schoenmakers and Brett Foy added goals for Mississauga (6-0-0), which remains undefeated under new head coach James Boyd.

Zach Hall replied with a pair for Barrie (3-2-1), while Erik Bradford picked up his first-career OHL goal.

The Majors fell behind 3-1 early in the third period, but scored three unanswered goals, including the winner with eight seconds left, for the win.

Mississauga struck twice on the power play, going 2-for-6 on the night. Barrie went 0-for-5 with the man advantage.

San Jose Sharks draft pick J.P. Anderson turned aside 34 shots en route to victory for the Majors.

Barrie's Mathias Niederberger made 30 saves in defeat.
