Ketlo makes 52 saves as Hurricanes win third straight, 6-2 over Blades @NHL

LETHBRIDGE, Alta. - Damien Ketlo made 52 saves as the Lethbridge Hurricanes beat the Saskatoon Blades 6-3 in Western Hockey League action Saturday.

The Hurricanes (9-20-1), last in the Central Division with 19 points, extended their season-best winning streak to three games by knocking off one of the top teams in the Eastern Conference.

Saskatoon (19-10-1) is two points behind Kootenay for top spot in the East, but has lost four of its last five games.

Sam Mckechnie, Nick Buonassisi, Russell Maxwell, Jaimen Yakubowski, Jay Merkley and Cam Braes scored for Lethbridge.

Josh Nicholls, Dalton Thrower and Matej Stransky replied for Saskatoon, while Adam Todd made 29 saves.
