Kelowna Rockets edge Lethbridge 3-2, continue eight game win streak @NHLdotcom

KELOWNA, B.C. - Geordie Wudrick scored the winner for Kelowna, jamming in a rebound late in the third period, as the Rockets defeated the Lethbridge Hurricanes 3-2 in Western Hockey League action Friday night.

Tyson Barrie and rookie Shane McColgan also scored for Kelowna (27-25-4). Mark Guggenberger made 22 saves for the win.

Landon Oslanski and Mitch Maxwell replied for Lethbridge (16-33-5), while Linden Rowat made 43 saves for the Hurricanes.

The Rockets trailed 1-0 after 20 minutes but led 2-1 halfway through the second before the Hurricanes levelled the score late in the frame.
