Justin Pogge solid against former team as Rampage beat Marlies 5-2 @NHLdotcom

SAN ANTONIO - Justin Pogge made 29 saves against his former team as the San Antonio Rampage defeated the Toronto Marlies 5-2 in American Hockey League play Sunday.

Pogge, who traded in the off-season to the Anaheim Ducks and sent down to the Rampage, was solid against the Marlies (15-20-7). His only missteps were a first-period goal from Ashton Rome and a short-handed score in the third against Greg Scott.

Ryan Hollweg, Sean Zimmerman, Sean Sullivan, Chad Kolarik and Mikkel Boedker each scored for San Antonio (18-19-5).

Toronto goaltender Andrew Engelage stopped 39 shots.
