The Philadelphia Flyers
begin their march toward the playoffs in earnest Tuesday night against the Winnipeg Jets
, and they'll have one of their top players back from injury.
The Flyers (29-14-5) are just three points behind the Eastern Conference-leading New York Rangers
and begin a three-game homestand this week that continues Thursday night when the Nashville Predators
, who missed the Flyers' past two games because of a groin injury, will return to the Philadelphia lineup.

Jagr shooed away any notions that overtraining this past offseason would have caused his groin issues
"Compared to what we did in Russia, this is nothing for me," Jagr said, drawing laughs from the assembled media.
is expected to start for the Flyers. Winnipeg has taken both games against the Flyers this season. The Jets rolled up nine goals when the clubs last met in Philadelphia -- a 9-8 loss for the Flyers.
