Howse, Horak each score twice in Chilliwack's 5-4 victory over Portland

PORTLAND, Ore. - Ryan Howse and Roman Horak both had a pair of goals to lead the Chilliwack Bruins over the Portland Winterhawks 5-4 in Western Hockey League play on Sunday night.

Howse scored both of his goals on the power play and added an assist, while Horak added a man-advantage goal for the Chiefs (9-12-4). Shayne Weigum added a single, while Jesse Craige and Chris Collins both had a pair of assists.

Portland (15-8-0) had goals from Taylor Jordan, Nini Neiderreiter, Spencer Bennett and Chris Francis, who scored shorthanded.

Bruins goalie Mark Friesen made 24 saves, while Kurtis Mucha stopped 40 shots.
