Grubauer's 36-save effort propels Belleville to 4-2 win over Peterborough @NHLdotcom

BELLEVILLE, Ont. - Philipp Grubauer posted a 36-save performance as the Belleville Bulls opened their Ontario Hockey League season Saturday with a 4-2 win over the Peterborough Petes.

Stephen Silas scored the game winner on a power play early in the second period to pace the Bulls (1-0-0-0), the defending Eastern Conference champions. Tyler Randall, Luke Judson and Stephen Blunden also scored in the Belleville victory.

Ryan Spooner and Liam Heelis replied for the Petes (1-1-0-0), while goaltender Jason Missiaen turned aside 28 shots in defeat.
