Gore makes 44 saves, Horak scores the winner as Bruins down Americans 5-2

CHILLIWACK, B.C. - Roman Horak scored the game-winner early in the third and Lucas Gore made 44 saves for Chilliwack as the Bruins downed the Tri-City Americans 5-2 in Western Hockey League action Wednesday.

Dylen McKinlay with two, Jamie Crooks and Shayne Neigum into an empty net also scored for the Bruins (5-6-4).

Kevin Sundher added two assists.

Jordan Messier scored twice for Tri-City (11-3-0), while Justin Feser had two assists.

Drew Owsley stopped 28 shots in a losing effort.
