Q. Just go through it for us. Could you see what was happening? How that whole play developed when it was coming at you, was it so quick that before you knew it you were on the ground?
BRAYDON COBURN: No, I really didn't see it. I think from what it looked like on the video, he tipped it pretty much straight up. I didn't really get a chance to duck or to get out of the way there.
Q. How do you feel?
BRAYDON COBURN: I feel fine. You know, my eye is swollen shut, so it makes it a little hard to do things. But besides that, I feel all right.
Q. Players always know best what their own prognosis is. What do you think? Can you play again this series? Do you think this eye's going to open, what?
BRAYDON COBURN: I think as soon as my eye opens up, we'll reevaluate what's going on. But I'm my self prognosis, or whatever it is, is that as soon as it opens up, I'm going to play.
Q. Was there ever a point where you were scared or nervous about your injury?
BRAYDON COBURN: No. I knew. I felt where it hit. I felt that it hit bone, so I knew that was good, so.
Q. When, and if you come back, will you wear a shield?
BRAYDON COBURN: Yeah, I'll probably wear a shield just to protect the cut. And, you know, I think that would be a good idea.
Q. Would a plastic visor protect that injury?
BRAYDON COBURN: It's hard to say. It might have. If I would have ducked that probably would have prevented the injury, too, you know. It could have gotten out of the way, but it may have hit it. It may have come up underneath it. But it's very likely that probably would have helped.
Q. Were you able to see the game the other night, and if you did, what did you think about the way the defense really rallied around to pick up all the minutes that you weren't playing and now Ryan going in tonight?
BRAYDON COBURN: Yeah, I think the guys did a good job, you know, considering pretty much the whole game was played with five guys. I think they really, you know, they did rally around pretty well. Unfortunately, we didn't get that win, but I think the guys did a good job. I didn't get a chance to see much of the game, but from what I hear, they did well.
