The Philadelphia Flyers on Friday agreed to terms with defenseman Robert Hagg, their second-round pick (No. 41) in the 2013 NHL Draft. Contract details were not released.
Hagg, 19, will arrive in North America on Monday and report to the Adirondack Phantoms of the American Hockey League.
The 6-foot-2, 204-pound 18-year-old had one goal and five assists in 50 games with Modo in the Swedish Hockey League. He had one goal in seven games to help Sweden win the silver medal at the 2014 IIHF World Junior Championship. Hagg won silver with Sweden at the 2013 WJC.
