Feser scores shoot-out winner to lead the Americans past the Tigers 4-3

MEDICINE HAT, Alta. - Justin Feser scored the winner in a shootout as the Tri-City Americans beat the Medicine Hat Tigers 4-3 on Friday night in Western Hockey League action.

Malte Stromwall, Mason Wilgosh and Patrick Holland scored in regulation time for the Americans (14-5-0).

Curtis Valk scored twice and Hunter Shinkaruk added a single for the Tigers (14-5-2).

Ty Rimmer made 25 saves for the win while Tyler Bunz stopped 30 shots in defeat.

Tri-City went 2-for-3 on the power play as Medicine Hat failed to scoreon three opportunities with the man advantage.
