Erlich scores twice as Knights down Guelph Storm 6-2; London wins series @NHLdotcom

LONDON, Ont. - Daniel Erlich scored twice as the London Knights dropped the Guelph Storm 6-2 in Ontario Hockey League playoff action Friday night.

Toronto Maple Leafs prospect Nazem Kadri had a goal and four assists for London, while Seth Griffith and Colin Martin added singles. Michael Hutchinson made 23 saves for the win.

Peter Holland and Michael Latta replied for Guelph, while Brandon Foote stopped 25 shots.

The Knights won the series 4-1.

"There's just something about it, it's different hockey," said Erlich about the post-season. "Your adrenaline gets pumping and it's a great feeling."

"But the biggest thing is you want to keep playing. I don't want summer to start yet."

Erlich had five goals and nine points in the series.
