Emerson Etem scores twice, Tigers win fourth in a row, 6-4 over Giants @NHLdotcom

VANCOUVER - Emerson Etem scored two goals as the Medicine Hat Tigers won their fourth in a row, defeating the Vancouver Giants 6-4 in Western Hockey League action Friday night.

Boston Leier broke a 4-4 tie in the third period. Matthew Konan, Jayden Hart and James Bettauer also scored for Medicine Hat (40-21-5), while Hunter Shinkaruk added three assists.

Marek Tvrdon scored twice, and Jordan Martinook and Cain Franson also scored for the Giants (36-24-4).

Tigers goalie Tyler Bunz made 16 saves for the win. Vancouver's Adam Morrison allowed six goals on 19 shots before being pulled in favour of Jackson Whistle.
