Drayson Bowman scores two goals as Chiefs defeat Cougars 5-3

SPOKANE, Wash. - Drayson Bowman had two goals as the Spokane Chiefs scored five straight goals in the third period and beat the Prince Gerorge Cougars 5-3 in Western Hockey League action Sunday.

Justin McCrae, Ondrej Roman and Levko Koper also scored for the Chiefs (38-16-0-3), while Jared Spurgeon added three assists. Marek Viedensky had two goals and an assist and Dallas Jackson also scored for Prince George (23-35-0-2), which lead 3-0 after 40 minutes.

Dustin Tokarski made 22 saves for Spokane, while Kevin Armstrong stopped 41 shots for Prince George.
