Colin Long scores pair of goals as Rockets defeat Bruins 5-4 @NHLdotcom

KELOWNA, B.C. - Colin Long scored twice as the Kelowna Rockets beat the Chilliwack Bruins 5-4 in Western Hockey League action Wednesday.

Chilliwack kept the game close despite being outshot 32-11.

Jamie Benn, Brandon McMillan and Luke Schenn also scored for Kelowna (37-35-2-6).

Evan Pighin, with two, Nick Holden and Jadon Potter replied for Chilliwack (26-34-4-5).

Torrie Jung made just seven saves on 11 shots but earned the win. Mark Friesen stopped 27 shots for Kelowna.
