Coetzee scores two, including winner, to lead Rebels to win over Wheat Kings @NHLdotcom

RED DEER, Alta. - Willie Coetzee scored two goals, including the winner with 48 seconds remaining, as the Red Deer Rebels edged the Brandon Wheat Kings 5-4 in Western Hockey League action Sunday.

Also scoring for Red Deer (4-6-0) were John Persson, Brett Ferguson and Colin Archer. Jay Fehr, Matt Calvert, Mark Schneider and Toni Rajala replied for Brandon (4-4-1), which led 4-2 after two periods.

Rebels netminder Darcy Kuemper made 22 saves, three fewer than Wheat Kings goaltender Andrew Hayes.
