BROSSARD, Quebec -- Montreal Canadiens goaltender Carey Price was on the ice for a third straight day Wednesday as he continues his recovery from a lower-body injury that has sidelined him since Nov. 25.
Price was on the ice at the Canadiens practice facility for approximately 40 minutes with head athletic therapist Graham Rynbend prior to his teammates skating.
Price began the session slowly with deliberate drills but picked up the pace as the session went on, doing some drills where he completed hard turns and finishing with a few laps around the ice at medium speed.
Canadiens coach Michel Therrien announced last week Price is not expected to play until after the All-Star break. Montreal's first game after the break is Feb. 2 at the Philadelphia Flyers.
