Cameron scores twice as Medicine Hat Tigers down Lethbridge Hurricanes 4-1 @NHLdotcom

MEDICINE HAT, Alta. - The Medicine Hat Tigers closed out the regular season by defeating the Lethbridge Hurricanes 4-1 in Western Hockey League play Saturday night.

Bretton Cameron scored twice for Medicine Hat (41-23-8), while Emerson Etem and Taylor Gal netted singles. Cameron finishes the season scoring 40 goals.

Dustin Donaghy replied for Lethbridge (20-44-8).

The Tigers finish in fifth place in the WHL's Eastern Conference with a 41-23-3-5 record. The match was also the final game of the Hurricanes regular season schedule, and they miss the playoffs finishing second last in the Eastern Conference.

Tyler Bunz made 21 saves in goal for Medicine Hat. Brandon Anderson turned away 21 of 24 shots for Lethbridge.
