Bud Holloway scores twice as Seattle dumps Prince George 5-1 @NHLdotcom

PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. - Bud Holloway had two goals, reaching the 35-goal mark for the first time in his career, to lead the Seattle Thunderbirds to a 5-1 WHL victory over the Prince George Cougars.

Greg Scott, David Richard and Jim O'Brien had the other Seattle (37-21-5-2).

Alex Poulter had the lone marker for Prince George (18-44-1-3).

Jacob DeSerres and Riku Helenius, who came on for the final 3:46, faced 27 shots for Seattle, while Real Cyr suffered the loss despite 25 saves.

The two teams meet again Wednesday night at CN Centre.
