Bruins C Marc Savard returns to ice for practice @NHLdotcom

BOSTON (AP) -Boston Bruins center Marc Savard, out because of post-concussion symptoms, returned to the ice Saturday after being medically cleared to practice.

He joined his teammates for the morning skate before the Bruins hosted the Los Angeles Kings on Saturday night.

Savard, who sustained a concussion on March 7 when he was his from behind by Pittsburgh's Matt Cooke, was sidelined until the second-round playoff series against Philadelphia.

Savard then missed all of training camp before this season because of post-concussion symptoms.
