Bozak helps Maple Leafs past Sabres @NHLdotcom

Tyler Bozak, Roman Polak and Josh Leivo each had a goal and two assists to help the Toronto Maple Leafs to a 6-4 preseason win against the Buffalo Sabres at First Niagara Center on Friday.

Dion Phaneuf and Leo Komarov each had one goal and one assist for Toronto, which was outshot 38-22. James Reimer made 34 saves.

Defenseman Henrik Tallinder, with the Maple Leafs as a tryout, left the game with a dislocated left shoulder.

Chris Stewart scored twice, and Jake McCabe and Cody McCormick had one goal each for the Sabres. Michal Neuvirth made 16 saves.
