Bowman scores a hat trick to lead the Hitmen over the Raiders 7-1 @NHLdotcom

CALGARY - Collin Bowman recorded a hat trick to lead the Calgary Hitmen to a 7-1 win over the Prince Albert Raiders in Western Hockey League action on Saturday.

Jimmy Bubnick, Brady Brassart and Spencer Humphries all chipped in with a goal and an assist each for the Hitmen (10-9-2).

Trevor Cheek also scored for Calgary, who have won two straight games and three of their past four.

Mark McNeill scored the lone goal of the game for the Raiders (5-18-2), who have lost five in a row and 10 of their past 12.

Calgary netminder Brandon Glover stopped 26-of-27 shots he faced for the win.

Cole Holowenko started in net for Prince Albert and stopped 18 of 22 shots before being replaced by Eric Williams at 12:06 of the second period when the Hitmen went up 4-1. Williams made 18 saves in a relief appearance.

The Hitmen went 1-for-5 on the power play while Prince Albert failed to score on four opportunities with the man advantage.
