Blum scores twice as the Vancouver Giants beat the Blazers 6-1

KAMLOOPS, B.C. - Defenceman Jon Blum scored two goals Saturday night, leading the Vancouver Giants to their 20th victory of the season, a 6-1 rout of the Kamloops Blazers in the Western Hockey League.

Brent Regner, James Wright, Brendan Gallagher and Garry Nunn also scored for the Giants (20-1-0-3).

Brady Calla replied for the Blazers (11-14-0-3) who dropped a 6-4 decision to Vancouver on Friday.

Giants goaltender Jamie Tucker stopped 28 shots, while Kamloops goaltender Jon Groenheyde made 36 saves.
