Blues forward Ott to have surgery, out three months @NHLdotcom

ST. LOUIS - Blues forward Steve Ott will be sidelined for three months following an injury sustained in the first period Saturday vs. Toronto.

Ott will undergo surgery on his hamstrings next week.

The injury occurred when Ott missed a check on Maple Leafs defenseman Dion Phaneuf and fell awkwardly into the boards. He was helped to the locker room after the first period and did not return to the game.
