The St. Louis Blues
have lost six of their past seven games to slip out of the top eight in the Western Conference, but they are expected to welcome a top offensive weapon back Tuesday night.
TJ Oshie was activated from injured reserve and is expected to be in the lineup against the L.A. Kings, Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced Tuesday. Oshie had a goal and 10 points in 13 games for the Blues this season before missing the previous 31 contests with a broken left ankle.
A first-round pick in the 2005 Entry Draft, Oshie finished the 2009-10 season tied for second on the team in points with 48 to go along with his 18 goals. He ranks third among St. Louis forwards in ice time this season, logging more than 19 minutes per contest.
