Ashton's last-minute goal propels Lethbridge past Edmonton 3-2 @NHLdotcom

LETHBRIDGE, Alta. - Carter Ashton's second goal of the game with 45 seconds left in regulation lifted the Lethbridge Hurricanes past the Edmonton Oil Kings 3-2 in Western Hockey League action Wednesday night.

Austin Fyten had the other goal for the Hurricanes (15-12-0-1), who have won four in a row. Colton Sceviour added two assists in the victory. Jeff Lee and Mark Pysyk countered for the Oil Kings (13-16-1-3), losers of two straight.

Juha Metsola stopped 19 shots to earn the win for Lethbridge.

Torrie Jung's 26 saves led the way for Edmonton.
