Gillette Stadium offers several accommodations for disabled guests, including a number of ADA seating options, wheelchair-accessible entrances, ATMs, elevators, ramps and restrooms.

Alcohol Policy
All alcohol sales in general seating areas will be discontinued at the beginning of the third period, but may also be discontinued earlier at the discretion of Gillette Stadium. Beer will be sold in Spectator Plaza. Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into nor taken out of Spectator Plaza.

ATMs
ATMs are located in the concourse behind sections 109,123, 132, 141, 309 and 330. Additional ATMs are located outside the ProShop, and ticket office, inside the elevator lobby at Patriot Place.

Bag Policy
The bag policy for the NHL Winter Classic® Alumni Game and 2016 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic® will be the same policy Gillette Stadium uses for New England Patriots' games.

Only clear bags measuring 12" x 12" x 6" or less, women's clutch bags not to exceed 7" x 4" x 2" (approximately the size of a hand), and clear plastic bags carrying only purchases made at the stadium ProShop and/or Spectator Plaza locations are allowed in the stadium.

Currency
Only US Currency will be accepted at Gillette Stadium parking lots and throughout the stadium.

Driving Directions

From Boston
From I-93 South (S.E. Expressway) take Exit 1 to merge onto I-95 South (Providence). Take Exit 9 onto Route 1 South. Follow Route 1 South approximately 3 miles to Gillette Stadium, which will be on the left.

From Cape Cod
From I-495 North take Exit 14A onto Route 1 North. Follow Route 1 North approximately 4 miles to Gillette Stadium, which will be on the right.

From Maine and New Hampshire
Take I-128 South to I-95 South. Take Exit 9 onto Route 1 South. Follow Route 1 South approximately 3 miles to Gillette Stadium, which will be on the left.

From Northern Connecticut, Vermont, and Upstate New York
Take I-90 East (Massachusetts Turnpike) to I-495 South. Take Exit 14A onto Route 1 North. Follow Route 1 North approximately 4 miles to Gillette Stadium, which will be on the right.

From Southern Connecticut, Rhode Island and New York City
Take I-95 North to I-495 North. Take Exit 14A onto Route 1 North. Follow Route 1 North approximately 4 miles to Gillette Stadium, which will be on the right.

From Montreal
Two options: (a) Take I-89 South towards Manchester, NH and follow Route 3 to I-95 South. From I-95 South take Exit 9 onto Route 1 South. Follow Route 1 South approximately 3 miles to Gillette Stadium, which will be on the left.

Or (b) Take I-89 South towards Hartford, CT and take Route I-91 South. Then take I-90 East (Massachusetts Turnpike) to I-495 South. Take Exit 14A onto Route 1 North. Follow Route 1 North approximately 4 miles to Gillette Stadium, which will be on the right.

First Aid Stations
Medical stations inside the stadium are located at midfield/center ice on the 100 and 300 levels, east and west concourses. There is also a first-aid station set up in Parking Lot 51 (west side of Route 1).

Identification Bracelets -- (Tag A Kid)
If guests are attending an event with a child, they can take the child to the guest services booth where a wristband will be placed on the child's wrist identifying their seat location.

Lost and Found
Any lost items that are turned in during an event may be found at the Guest Service booths located on the 100 and 300 level concourses midfield/center ice. Items not claimed during or immediately following an event will be given to Security Command (508)384-9205.

Merchandise
Officially licensed merchandise is available at retail shops located inside and outside of Gillette Stadium. Visit any one of these retail locations for the widest selection of NHL Winter Classic® jerseys, knit hats and souvenirs available. The Patriots ProShop is home to the flagship store dedicated to NHL Winter Classic® merchandise.

Parking

All general parking is pay upon arrival and is available on game day only. Gillette Stadium prefers cash payment for parking (US Currency Only). Parking is $50 per car on game days and $200 for buses, RV's and stretch limos. General parking lots open four hours prior to game time or as directed by public safety officials.

Please note -- any limo or car service will be required to purchase a parking pass. There are no drop off and staging areas for these types of vehicles. For more information on parking please visit www.gillettestadium.com/parking

Public Transportation
Gillette Stadium can be accessed by public transportation via the MBTA.

Re-entry Policy
Guests may not exit and re-enter Gillette Stadium using the same ticket.

Security
All guests, including children, must consent to a search of their person and anything they are Carrying. Failure to consent to such search will result in denial of entry into the stadium.

Metal detectors will be located at all stadium gates.

All guests are encouraged to arrive and enter Gillette Stadium early to alleviate the long security screening lines at all gates.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in Gillette Stadium.

Tailgating
Tailgating in general parking lots may begin when the lots open to general public unless directed by parking/security or public safety officials.

Fans can also enjoy the many restaurants, bars and retail outlets at Patriot Place located adjacent to Gillette Stadium. For more information please visit www.patriot-place.com

For conduct and behavioral related matters, please type the word "Conduct" first, followed by all relevant details.

All text messages to this service are anonymous and are recorded and audited. Any misuse of this service will result in the sender's number being blocked from future use. Further, Gillette Stadium will work with the service provider to follow-up on such misuse.

Ticket Office Location
The ticket office is located right outside of the Patriot Place Gate in the NRG Plaza on the north end of the stadium.

Ticket Policy
All guests, regardless of age, require a ticket to enter the stadium.

Wi-Fi
Public Wi-Fi is available throughout the stadium. Network name is Gillette Stadium, and it does not require a password.
