Alcohol Policy
  • No alcohol may be brought into Levi's® Stadium
  • Guests that are intoxicated or are perceived to be intoxicated will be denied entry into Levi's® Stadium
  • Guests must be 21 years of age or older and in possession of valid government issued identification to purchase, handle, or consume alcoholic beverages at Levi's® Stadium. There is a maximum of two (2) alcoholic beverages per purchase. All alcohol sales will be discontinued at the start of the third (3rd) period or earlier at Levi's® Stadium Management's discretion
  • Guests providing alcohol to minors will be ejected and subject to arrest
  • Guests possessing alcohol, who do not have proof of being at least 21 years of age, will be ejected and subject to arrest
  • Drunk and disorderly conduct or violation of any alcohol policy will result in ejection from Levi's® Stadium without refund and the violator(s) may be subject to arrest
  • Excessive consumption of alcohol is prohibited
  • Alcohol purchased at Levi's® Stadium is not to be removed from Levi's® Stadium
  • Stadium Management reserves the right to change policies or procedures at any time without notice

Animals

Only service animals with proper identification are permitted into Levi's® Stadium. All other animals are prohibited.


ATMs

ATMs are located inside and outside Levi's® Stadium, including:
  • 49ers Team Store
  • Lower Concourse Sections: 104, 117, 129
  • Upper Concourse Sections: 308, 321

Baby Changing Locations

Baby changing stations are located in all family restrooms throughout Levi's® Stadium. These restrooms can be found on all concourses and on club and suite levels.


Bag Policy

Levi's® Stadium prohibits all bags, backpacks and other carriers from being brought into the stadium with the following exceptions:
  • Clear plastic bags up to 12" x 6" x 12"
  • One gallon clear plastic zip lock type bags
  • Small clutch bag (the size of an adult's hand) (4.5" x 6.5")
All approved bags are subject to inspection upon entry and are subject to additional inspections within the stadium. Guests with oversized bags or other prohibited items must check these bags or items at bag check sites located outside of Intel Gate A, Dignity Health Gate C, and Toyota Gate F. These sites close one hour after the completion of the event.



Bicycle Policies

Complimentary bicycle valet service is located in Red Lot 1 near Intel Gate A and Toyota Gate F, outside of the stadium security perimeter. Bicycle valet will be open four hours prior to the event through one hour upon completion of the game. Unattended bicycles that impede pedestrians are subject to removal and/or relocation. Levi's® Stadium and/or its agents, shall not be responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss to bicycles or any other article left outside the stadium. Levi's® Stadium encourages all bicyclists to use the bike valet and/or the bicycle storage locations provided.

Bicycle Routes leading to Levi's® Stadium are accessible from the following trails and/or roadways:
  • San Tomas Aquino Creek Trail
  • John W. Christian Greenbelt Trail/Prescott
  • Guadalupe River Trail
  • Great America Parkway
  • Lafayette Street
  • Tasman Drive/Great Mall Parkway/Capital Avenue
  • North First Street

Bicycle traffic on the San Tomas Aquino Creek Trail will be diverted in order to ensure the integrity of the stadium's security perimeter. This temporary path diversion will send northbound traveling bicyclists east along Agnew Road, north along Lakeshore Drive, east along Gianera Street, north along the off-street pedestrian and bicycle path at the Gianera Street terminus, north through the VTA Parking Lot, northwest along Stars and Stripes Drive, south along Centennial Boulevard, and west along Tasman Drive, where bicyclists will be able to find the Bike Valet locations.


Bourbon Steak & Pub

Michael Mina's restaurant, Bourbon Steak & Pub, will open to those with a game ticket three hours prior to puck drop. The restaurant provides sit down, pub, or tailgate options. For more information, please call (408) 217-2490.


Cameras and Video Equipment

Please be courteous to those around you when taking photos to avoid sightline obstruction of other Guests. The following represents the NHL camera and video equipment guidelines for the 2015 Coors Light NHL Stadium Series™:
  • Cameras with removable lenses are not permitted
  • Cameras with zoom lenses are permitted so long as the fully extended lens does not exceed six inches
  • A bag policy will be instituted for this game (Please see bag policy for specific requirements)
  • Lights may not be used with still camera or video recording equipment
  • Tripods and monopods are prohibited

Guests may not reproduce or rebroadcast any films or photographs shot at the stadium without the expressed written consent of the National Hockey League and Levi's® Stadium Management.


Charter Buses/Booster Clubs

Charter buses that are fully occupied with event attendees, and do not wish to tailgate, may park free of charge in Green Lot 1. Please enter Green Lot 1 near the gate located next to the Hilton Hotel on Great America Parkway northbound. Buses that wish to tailgate must contact the Visa Box Office to purchase parking in advance. For more information regarding charter bus service to Levi's® Stadium, visit www.levisstadium.com.


Children/Infants

All children, regardless of age, require a ticket.
  • Diaper bags accompanying a child are permitted, but are subject to search and will be tagged
  • Levi's® Stadium strongly advises that a sticker, and nametag be pinned to the clothing of young children that may require assistance
  • Wristbands that can be given to children with the parents contact information, as well as seat location, are available at any of the Guest Services kiosks located on the main and upper concourse
  • Strollers are welcome at Levi's® Stadium, but are not allowed to be stored in an aisle or under a seat. Strollers may, however, be checked in at the following Guest Services kiosk:
    • On the outer perimeter of the main concourse above Toyota Gate F near sections 105/106
    • On the outer perimeter of the main concourse above Dignity Health Gate C near sections 129/130
    • On the outer perimeter of the upper concourse near sections 308/309

Code of Conduct

The National Hockey League and its Member Clubs are committed to creating a safe and comfortable environment and enjoyable entertainment experience. NHL fans have a right to expect an environment in which they will be treated in a consistent, professional and courteous manner by all venue, team and League personnel. The Players and Officials have the same rights. Accordingly, fans are responsible for their own conduct.

The following standards have been established with respect to fan conduct:
  • Fans are entitled to enjoy the hockey experience free from disruptive or inconsiderate behaviors or unruly actions
  • Fans may not interfere with the event and/or athletes in any manner
  • Fans shall refrain from using abusive language or obscene gestures
  • Fans may not engage in fighting, throwing objects or other behavior deemed detrimental to the experience of other guests and those who engage in any of these actions will immediately be ejected from the game and are subject to arrest.
  • Fans are encouraged to report inappropriate behavior to venue staff
  • Fans who choose to consume alcohol must do so in a legal and responsible manner. Intervention with an intoxicated or impaired fan will be handled in a prompt and safe manner
  • Fans shall comply with requests from venue staff regarding venue operational and emergency procedures
  • Fans may not engage in unauthorized commercial activity while on venue property
  • Violation of the Fan Code of Conduct may result in eviction from the venue without a ticket refund

Designated Driver Program

The NHL and Coors Light remind you that when celebrating with friends at Levi's® Stadium, make sure you have a safe ride home. The Designated Driver Program provides one complimentary soft drink coupon to those who pledge to be designated drivers on event day. Guests can register for this program by visiting one of the Designated Driver kiosks at Spectator Plaza and throughout the stadium.


Disability Services

Levi's® Stadium takes pride in providing elite service to all guests including those requiring mobility assistance. We provide a variety of services for our guests with special needs. Included in these services are courtesy shuttles buses from several of our parking lots, golf cart shuttles in the Main Lot, and Guest Services representatives to provide wheel chair service if requested.

Levi's® Stadium offers accessible seating as well as companion seating in many locations. Accessible seating can be coordinated through the Visa Box Office at (408) 579 – 4449.

Guests requesting wheelchair assistance can do so by calling our Mobility Assistance Team at (408) 579-4610.

ADA Directions and Parking:
Follow the directions below for ADA parking and drop-off locations.
  • From I-880: Take northbound US 101 and follow directions below
  • From CA 237: Take southbound US 101 and follow directions below
  • From US 101 (Drop-off),
    1. 1. Take Great America Parkway northbound and turn left on Patrick Henry Drive
    2. 2. Turn right onto Old Ironsides Drive, and the drop-off area will be on your right, just north of Old Glory Lane
  • From US 101 (Parking),
    1. 1. Take Great America Parkway northbound and parking on the right hand side of Green Lot 1 for accessible parking
In addition to our Main Lot, several outside lots provide parking for guests needing mobility assistance. These lots, including Blue Lot 1 and Green Lot 4, provide courtesy shuttles to Levi's® Stadium. The same service from the stadium to the two designated lots is provided post event as well.

All guests are encouraged to purchase pre-paid parking passes. While pre-paid passes are for specific parking lots, guests who possess a DMV issued Disabled Person Parking Placard and a DMV issued Disabled Person ID Card may park in the Main Lot in accessible parking stalls after paying the $50 parking fee.

Courtesy Buses:
Two outer parking lots, Green Lot 4 and Blue Lot 1, will be serviced by Courtesy Shuttle Buses.

These buses will begin running two (2) hours prior to face off and will end one and one half hours (1 ½) after the game has ended.

These buses are for our guests who have mobility limitations and who may not have a Handicap Placard. Guests who possess a valid Handicap Placard are strongly encouraged to park in Green Lot 1 or Red Lot 1. There are over 300 handicap parking spaces in these two lots and Courtesy Cart assistance will be available in both.

Courtesy Carts:
The courtesy cart service will be available in Red Lot 1, Green Lot 1, and the Santa Clara Golf Course lots, which include Red Lots 6 and 7.

There will be several Guest Service Stations in these lots that will be staffed by a Mobility Assistance Team Member to assist our guests.

There will be seating for guests at these stations as they await a courtesy cart.

There is limited space on these courtesy carts and we ask that guests not needing extra assistance please respect the needs of others.

Hearing Impaired:
Assisted Listening Devices will be available at all Guest Services kiosks located throughout the Stadium.

A valid California Driver's License, or ID may be required as collateral.

These listening devices amplify the stadiums public address announcements but do not provide service to the play-by-play broadcast.

Wheelchair Assistance:
Guests that require additional assistance are encouraged to contact our mobility assistance team at (408) 579-4610 or email mobilityservices@LevisStadium.com.

Wheelchairs are available on a temporary basis. Guests in need of a wheelchair for the entire duration of an event are encouraged to provide their own.

Should guests need assistance post event, members of our mobility services team will be available to assist. For faster service, please contact a Guest Service Representative in your section.

A limited number of accessible seats may be available for exchange on game day. Guests wishing to exchange their seats for accessible seating should enter Toyota Gate F at the north side of the stadium and proceed to the Visa Box Office for assistance.


Drop-Off/Pick-Up Area

Levi's® Stadium guest drop-off and pick-up area is located on the street, Calle De Luna. For vehicular access to this location, please use the directions below.
  • From US 101: Take CA 237 eastbound and follow directions below
  • From I-880: Take westbound CA 237 and follow directions below
  • From CA 237: Take North 1st Street southbound and turn right onto Tasman Drive. Continue westbound on Tasman Drive to Calle Del Sol and turn right. Continue northbound on Calle Del Sol until you reach Calle De Luna. The drop off location is located along Calle De Luna

For directions to and from Levi's® Stadium for walking guests from the drop-off and pick-up location please use the directions below:
  • To access Levi's® Stadium from Calle De Luna, walk towards Tasman Drive by heading southbound on Calle Del Sol. Turn right onto Tasman Drive heading westbound. Continue on Tasman Drive until you reach Centennial Blvd. Cross Centennial Blvd and turn left, heading into Toyota Gate F of Levi's® Stadium
  • To access the pick-up location from Levi's® Stadium, please follow the below directions:
    • Guests arranging pick-up at the conclusion of Levi's® Stadium should walk to Calle De Luna to meet their transportation. Fans should exit the stadium via Toyota Gate F and head eastbound on Tasman Drive. Fans should continue to walk on Tasman Drive until they reach Calle Del Sol, where they should turn left and head northbound to Calle Del Luna where their pre-arranged ride should be staged for pick up


Elevators & Escalators

Levi's® Stadium is equipped with public elevators and escalators at the following locations:
  • Entry at Intel Gate A, Dignity Health Gate C, and Toyota Gate F


Family Restrooms

Private family restrooms are located throughout the stadium on all concourses, Club, and Suite levels. Family restrooms are equipped with baby changing tables. For a list of all locations, please refer to the “Restroom" section.


Field Access

Access to the field is not permitted to guests of Levi's® Stadium without proper NHL issued credentials.


First Aid

There are three (3) First Aid locations at Levi's® Stadium.
  • Main concourse section 122
  • Upper concourse section 323
  • SAP Tower Atrium


Food and Beverage

Food may be brought into Levi's® Stadium as long as it is placed in clear plastic wrappings or bags that comply with the bag policy. Fruit must be cut into smaller pieces. Only non-alcoholic beverages contained in sealed plastic bottles may be brought into Levi's® Stadium. Thermos type containers may be brought into the stadium, but the contents are subject to inspection.

Guest Text Messaging

Levi's® Stadium guests are encouraged to report unruly guest behavior by contacting the nearest stadium personnel or by texting keyword “SUPPORT" and then a message that includes description of the issue and the location to 69050.


Lost and Found

Guests that have lost an item during an event are encouraged to visit one of the Guest Services kiosks located within the stadium on the main and upper concourses. Items that have been found are turned into these locations during events.

Guests can also inquire from home about lost items by visiting our website at www.LevisStadium.com.

Levi's® Stadium will make its best efforts to match found items with those reported lost by guests.

Items turned into Guest Services will be held for 60 days before being disposed of or donated to an appropriate charitable organization. Levi's® Stadium is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.


Lost and Missing persons

For a lost or missing person(s), please notify Levi's® Stadium personnel or call Stadium Operations at (408) 673-2100. For guests attending events at Levi's® Stadium with children, we encourage you to visit a Guest Services kiosk to receive a wristband that can identify seat location, as well as a phone number.

Noisemakers

No noise-making devices of any kind are permitted inside Levi's® Stadium. Please refer to “Permitted and Prohibited" section for further information.


NRG EV Charging Stations

Ten (10) NRG Electric Vehicles Charging Stations (eVgo) are located in Green Lot 1, adjacent to Dignity Health Gate C. These spaces will be available for stadium guests driving electric vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis each event day.


Parking Policies

The failure of any guests to obey instructions, directions or requests of event personnel, stadium signage or management's rules and regulations may cause ejection from the event parking lots at management's discretion, and/or forfeiture and cancellation of the parking pass, without compensation.

Automobiles and Motorcycles:
Parking lots associated with Levi's® Stadium are scheduled to open four hours prior to face off. Parking lots are designated by pass, color and lot number. Guests are encouraged to adhere to posted signs and instructions from event personnel. All guests must be in possession of a valid event ticket, pass, or credential to park in a designated parking lot. Parking spaces are not pre-assigned unless otherwise posted. Levi's® Stadium guests will be directed to their parking location by stadium personnel. A limited number of spaces may be sold day of event on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserving spaces is NOT permitted.

The parking pass allows for one space per vehicle only, and will be limited to vehicles measuring less than 17' in length and 8' in width. Vehicles measuring more than 17' in length and/or 8' in width are required to park in the designated oversized vehicle/RV parking area in Blue Lot 1 if space allows.

Refunds will not be made for lost, stolen, or unused parking passes. A refund or credit will be made only for event cancellations. Unauthorized vehicles or vehicles failing to park in the designated areas will be towed and stored at the owner's expense.

Tailgating is permitted in specified areas only. Non-compliance may result in ejection from the lot without compensation. Tailgating is defined as; the use of any item (including tables, chairs, free-standing canopies or umbrellas, awnings attached to recreational vehicles, coolers, barbeques, grills, games, generators, televisions, sound systems, food or drink, food or drink preparation or serving equipment, or other items as identified by the City Manager or designee) for the purpose of an outdoor gathering by one or more people prior to, during or after a scheduled stadium event.

Each parking space must be used for vehicle parking only. Spaces may not be used for tailgating. Glass containers are not permitted in ANY lot. Self-contained campers must park in the designated oversized vehicle/RV parking area. The Stadium Manager or its agents shall not be responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss to vehicles or any other article left in stadium affiliated parking lots.

Event parking lots are subject to closure without notice.

Non-Tailgating Buses Parking:
Levi's® Stadium encourages carpooling and the use of public transportation. As an incentive, to those traveling in buses that do not tailgate will park free of charge. Please refer to “Charter Buses" section for further information.

Tailgating and/or loitering in non-tailgating bus spaces is prohibited.

Limousines:
Limousine staging will be available for waiting vehicles on Old Ironsides Drive near Old Glory Lane. Staging will be located on the west side of Old Ironsides Drive and will be free of charge. Please follow the directions of staff. Limousines looking to tailgate must park with the parking spaces reserved for tailgating.

  • From I-880: Take westbound CA 237 or northbound US 101. Then, follow directions below
  • From US 101: Take Lawrence Expressway northbound to Tasman Drive. Turn right. Continue to Old Ironsides Drive. Turn right. Staging will be located on your right along the curb
  • From CA 237: Take Lawrence Expressway southbound to Tasman Drive. Turn left. Continue to Old Ironsides Drive. Turn right. Staging will be located on your right along the curb

Tailgating for Buses/Limousine/RV:
Buses/Limousine/RV tailgate parking is available on a pre-sold basis. There may be a limited number of spaces made available on game day on a first-come, first-served basis. All oversized tailgating vehicle parking passes are $120, and can be parked in Blue Lot 1.

  • From I-880: Take westbound CA 237 or northbound US 101. Then, follow directions below
  • From US 101: Take Lawrence Expressway northbound to Tasman Drive. Turn right. Continue to Patrick Henry Drive. Turn right. The entrance to the lot will be on your left, south of Democracy Way
  • From CA 237: Take Lawrence Expressway southbound to Tasman Drive. Turn left. From eastbound Tasman Drive: Continue to Patrick Henry Drive. Turn right. The entrance to the lot will be on your left, south of Democracy Way

All individuals and their belongings are subject to search. The following information is subject to change without notice.

Fans with medical bags or items they must carry with them must be inspected and either have a wristband or sticker placed on it to show that it has been inspected. PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY TO AVOID LAST MINUTE GATE PRESSURE.

The following ARE PERMITTED in the stadium for the 2015 Coors Light NHL Stadium Series™ at Levi's® Stadium:

  • Diaper bags accompanying a child


The following ARE PROHIBITED in the stadium:
  • Backpacks
  • Umbrellas
  • Coolers (including soft-sided coolers)
  • Large purses & fanny packs larger than 6" x 4"
  • Weapons of any kind (including silverware)
  • Cans, glass bottles or alcoholic beverages
  • Klaxons, bullhorns, whistles or any other noisemakers
  • Laser pointers of any type
  • Banners, dry erase boards or poles
  • Any fan perceived to be intoxicated
  • Projectiles (footballs, frisbees, etc.)
  • Disorderly conduct or obscenity (see “CODE OF CONDUCT") Obscene or abusive language and/or behavior
  • Offensive clothing
  • Fighting, taunting, or threatening remarks and/or gestures
  • Intoxication or signs of impairment related to alcohol or drugs
  • Smoking
  • Irresponsible drinking or behavior
  • Inappropriate displays of affection
  • Gang activity
  • Any distraction to the progress of the game
  • Throwing objects of any kind
  • Occupying any seat without the appropriate ticket
  • Mistreatment of visiting team fans, including verbal abuse, harassment, profanity, confrontations, intimidation, or threatening behavior
  • Failure to follow the directions of law enforcement, security, ushers, ticket takers, or any other Levi's® Stadium personnel
  • Other actions that cause a disruption and/or hinder the enjoyment of the game for other fans

Anyone possessing PROHIBITED items will be asked to return them to their cars, take them to one of our Bag Check Stations or dispose of them in the garbage cans provided at the gates.

* Please contact your nearest Playmaker if you are in need of storing a baby stroller or wheelchair as they are not permitted to be stored in the seating areas.


Public Transportation

Guests are encouraged to take public transportation. For additional information regarding public transportation, visit www.levisstadium.com or the listed websites:

Valley Transportation Authority (VTA)
VTA provides buses and light rail transportation in the greater San Jose area reaching Mountain View, Cupertino, and Sunnyvale. VTA buses will drop off guests in two (2) locations:
  • Intersection of Tasman Drive and Great America Parkway
  • Intersection of Tasman Drive and Calle Del Sol VTA light rail trains will drop off and pick up at the Great America Station located north of the stadium. For more information please visit www.vta.org, or call (408) 321-2300.

Capitol Corridor
Capitol Trains provides services to Levi's® Stadium from Auburn, Rocklin, Roseville, Sacramento, Davis, Suisun/Fairfield, Martinez, Richmond, Berkeley, Emeryville, Oakland, Hayward, and Fremont/Centerville. For more information please visit www.capitolcorridor.org, or call (877) 974-3322.

Caltrain
Caltrain provides services from San Francisco to South San Jose with stops all along the peninsula. On event day, Caltrain transports passengers from all locations to connect with VTA light rail trains or buses at the Mountain View Transit Center, located at Evelyn Ave, and Castro Street. Re-Entry Policies

Re-entry is not permitted at any Levi's® Stadium event. In case of emergency, guests can contact the ticket taker and/or security supervisor at the nearest gate.


Restrooms

There are public restrooms for men, women and families conveniently located on all levels of the stadium. All restrooms are accessible to guests with disabilities.

Scalping and Profiteering Policies

The unlawful resale of any event ticket on Levi's® Stadium grounds, and/or event parking lots is strictly PROHIBITED and may result in the loss of ticket privileges and/or prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.


Signs and Banners

Handheld signs may be allowed as long as they do not impair the view of other guests and do not contain vulgar, offensive or graphic content. No sign may be of commercial nature. Banners are prohibited. Dry erase boards and signs attached to sticks or poles are prohibited.


Smoking

In accordance with the Santa Clara City Ordinance, Levi's® Stadium is a SMOKE FREE facility, which includes, but not limited to, cigarettes, vapor cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and joints. Designated smoking areas have been established on the fence along the west side between Intel Gate A and SAP Tower Gate B & SAP Tower Gate B and Dignity Health Gate C. There is an additional location outside Toyota Gate F within the stadium perimeter on the sidewalk of Marie P. DeBartolo Way.


Solicitation Policies

Any unauthorized solicitation or commercial promotion on stadium grounds (including parking lots) is strictly prohibited and may result in confiscation of promotional materials, citation, ejection or arrest.


Spectator Plaza

Spectator Plaza at the 2015 Coors Light NHL Stadium Series™ at Levi's® Stadium, is the official NHL® pre-game Fan Festival located between Intel Gate A & Dignity Health Gate C. All Spectator Plaza patrons will require a game ticket in order to gain access. From 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Spectator Plaza will offer hockey fans of all ages family friendly interactive games and attractions, special appearances, radio and TV broadcasts, music and dozens of other dynamic activities.


Strollers

Strollers are welcome at Levi's® Stadium but are not allowed to be stored in an aisle or under a seat. Strollers may be checked in at the following Guest Services kiosks:
  • On the outer perimeter of the main concourse above Toyota Gate F near sections 105/106
  • On the outer perimeter of the main concourse above Dignity Health Gate C near sections 129/130
  • On the outer perimeter of the upper concourse near section 309


Tailgating Policies

Tailgating is defined as: the use of any item (including tables, chairs, free-standing canopies or umbrellas, awnings attached to recreational vehicles, coolers, barbeques, grills, games, generators, televisions, sound systems, food or drink, food or drink preparation or serving equipment, or other items as identified by the City Manager or designee) for the purpose of an outdoor gathering by one or more people prior to, during or after a scheduled stadium event.
  • Tailgating will cease after puck drop
  • All guests must be in possession of a valid event ticket or credential
  • Amplified sound is prohibited
  • Excessive consumption of alcohol is prohibited
  • Tailgating cannot impede vehicle or foot traffic
  • Tailgating is limited to the area directly in front of or behind your vehicle only
  • Empty spaces may not be reserved or used for the purpose of tailgating
  • Tents or canopies exceeding an 8' x 8' footprint are not permitted
  • Appropriate receptacles must be used for the disposal of hot coals
  • All guest Code of Conduct and parking policies are in effect


Taxi and Ridesharing Service

The designated taxi and ridesharing drop-off and pick-up area is located on Calle De Luna. This area can be accessed by walking eastbound on Tasman Drive and turning left at Calle Del Sol.

Ticket Policies

  • All guests, regardless of age must have a ticket for admittance
  • All guests are encouraged to be in possession of their own ticket at all times
  • Guests should have their tickets ready to scan upon approaching the stadium entry gates. The ticket barcode must be visible no matter the ticket type (mobile app, traditional, or TicketFast/print-at-home)
  • Guests should be prepared to present their ticket upon entering the seating area
  • Guests with ticket related problems should visit the remote box office booths located at the entry gates located in front of Intel Gate A, Dignity Health Gate C, or the Visa Box Office located at the north end of the stadium inside Toyota Gate F
  • Tickets obtained from sources other than the San Francisco 49ers, San Jose Sharks, TicketMaster, National Hockey League or its authorized agencies may be lost or stolen, and in such cases, will NOT be honored


Towing Service

Unique Towing provides complementary services to stranded motorists in Levi's® Stadium lots. These services are available to all guests and include recharging drained batteries, changing flat tires, and lockouts. Additional services will be available per guest request at their expense. The services will be available on site beginning three hours prior through one hour after completion of the Levi's® Stadium event. If services are needed, please contact (408) 579-4600.


Weapons

In compliance with the Santa Clara stadium ordinances and Stadium Security, weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited inside Levi's® Stadium. Nobody, including off-duty police officers, are authorized to possess any weapons unless expressly authorized by the Santa Clara Chief of Police. Any violators of this ordinance are subject to arrest.
