TERMS AND CONDITIONS – BUY 1 GET 1 TICKET PROMOTION

Promotion Overview

Purchasers who buy one (1) or more tickets to the Toronto Maple Leafs (“Maple Leafs”) game scheduled for October 2, 2025, at Scotiabank Arena (the “Game”) will receive, at no additional cost, the same number of tickets to a Toronto Marlies home game in October 2025, subject to availability and the conditions below.

  1. Eligibility

    • Offer valid only for purchasers of tickets to the Game.
    • Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Offer applies to tickets purchased through official Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (“MLSE”) primary ticketing channels.

  2. Offer Details

    • For each ticket purchased to the Game, the purchaser will be eligible to receive one (1) complimentary ticket to a Toronto Marlies home game played at Coca-Cola Coliseum in the month of October 2025.
    • The specific Marlies game may be selected by the purchaser at the time of redemption, subject to availability.

  3. Redemption Process

    • Purchasers of Game tickets through an MLSE provided link will be required to redeem their complimentary Marlies tickets at the conclusion of the purchase of the Game tickets.
    • Purchases of Game tickets outside of an MLSE provided link or which occurred prior to the implementation of this promotion will receive instructions via email from MLSE on how to redeem the complimentary Toronto Marlies tickets and will be required to complete the redemption within one (1) week of the date the instructions email was sent.
    • Complimentary tickets will be delivered electronically to the purchaser.

  4. Limitations

    • This promotion is not transferable and may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged for cash.
    • Complimentary Toronto Marlies tickets have no cash value.
    • Offer subject to seat availability.
    • MLSE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without notice.

  5. General Conditions

    • All tickets are subject to the standard ticketing terms and conditions for the Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Marlies events, including arena policies, entry requirements, and fan code of conduct.
    • MLSE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unredeemed complimentary tickets.
    • By participating, purchasers agree to these terms and conditions as well as MLSE’s general ticketing policies.
