The Toronto Maple Leafs announced Sunday that the team has trimmed their training camp roster to 42 players. The Leafs current training camp roster includes a total of 23 forwards, 15 defencemen and four goaltenders. An updated training camp roster can be found below.
The following two players have been released from their professional try-out contracts: Curtis Glencross and Devin Setoguchi. The Maple Leafs have also reassigned 2015 first round draft pick Mitch Marner to the London Knights of the Ontario Hockey League and goaltender Rob Madore to the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League.
The Maple Leafs continue their preseason schedule on Tuesday night when they travel to Buffalo for a 7 p.m. game against the Sabres. The Toronto Marlies will open their training camp tomorrow at MasterCard Centre.
