TORONTO (Ticker) -- Seeing Curtis Joseph twice in 24 hours did not help the Chicago Blackhawks.
Joseph stopped Kyle Calder on a penalty shot in the first period and made 30 saves and Mats Sundin had a goal and an assist as the Toronto Maple Leafs completed a home-and-home sweep of the reeling Blackhawks with a 4-1 victory.
Chicago was stymied by Joseph at home on Friday in a 2-1 loss and fared no better on the road as its winless streak reached nine games (0-5-4).
The Blackhawks had a chance to tie it at 1-1 at 8:32 of the opening period when Calder was taken down on a breakaway by defenseman Dmitry Yushkevich. But Joseph gloved his wrist shot and has stopped three of four penalty shots this season.
Sundin set up defenseman Tomas Kaberle's go-ahead goal with 5:26 left in the second period and beat goaltender Jocelyn Thibault for the clincher with 1:44 to go in the third as Toronto improved to 8-1-1 in its last 10 home games.
Former Maple Leaf Steve Sullivan scored the lone goal for Chicago, which has not won since November 11.
