2019 Playoff FAQ

A: Once you've confirmed your playoff tickets, the credit card provided will automatically be charged for all playoff home games as they are confirmed. You will only be charged for games that are guaranteed to be played.

A: To make a change to the credit card on file for your playoff payments, login to your online account manager and click on your Playoff invoice. Click on Continue and then select 'Edit Payment Information' to add a new credit card or update the expiry date of an existing card on your playoff payment plan. A: If you paid in full for your playoff tickets, please note that you will be refunded for any un-played games approximately 6-8 weeks after the conclusion of all playoff rounds. Your refund will be issued via the same method of payment used for your playoff ticket purchase.

A: You will be able to manage your tickets online shortly after the schedule for the upcoming playoff round is confirmed. Please note that you will not be able to access your tickets for any future playoff rounds until those rounds and game dates are confirmed.

A: Yes, the re-sale service will be available during the playoffs. Please note that you will only be able to sell games that are confirmed to be played.

A: Your commemorative stock tickets will specify ROUND and HOME GAME. The home game listed will align with the playoff series schedule.

For example, if the first two playoff games are played on the road, Game #3 of the series will be Home Game #1. 

A: Your tickets were printed in conjunction with your regular season ticket package, prior the single ticket playoff price being confirmed. If you prefer to have the price printed on your tickets, you have the option to reprint your tickets through your online account manager. Any tickets reprinted tickets will show the single ticket face value.

A: As a Member, you will receive pre-sale access to additional tickets for each round (based on availability). Pre-sale dates and instructions will be communicated via email.

2019-20 Season - Auto-Renewal FAQ

A: For the 2019-20 season, the renewal of your Membership will be automatic. This auto-renewal will default to maintaining the same method of payment and payment plan used during the 2018-19 season. Members will be provided with 30 days' notice prior to the first payment date. This notice will include your payment method, pricing, and payment schedule. At that time, you will have the option to adjust your payment preferences, or cancel your Membership prior to the first payment installment.

A: Yes, if you choose to cancel your Membership, you will be officially forfeiting your season seats for the 2019-20 season and all future seasons.

  • If you cancel your Membership prior to the first payment due date, no payments will be processed.
  • If you cancel your Membership after the first payment installment has been processed, your Membership will end 30 days from the date you provide written notice by completing the online cancellation form. If there is another payment date within the 30-day window, that installment will be charged as scheduled. Please also note that any payments made prior to your membership cancellation will not be refunded. You will have access to all membership benefits until the effective cancellation date, at which time all membership benefits will end.

A: No, all Memberships are setup for auto-renewal and there is no opt-out option available. However, all Members will be provided with a minimum of 30 days to cancel their Membership before any payments are processed for the following season.

A: There are three payment plans available

  • Annual - Pay-in-full
  • Semi-Annual - Pay 50% upfront and 50% due in June, 2019
  • Monthly - Payment dates to-be-confirmed (credit card only)

General FAQ

A: It is important to note that, as a valued Member, the cost of your Membership will be protected and you will still receive the best package price and overall savings. Dynamic Pricing determines the single ticket selling price, based on factors such as market demand, day of week, opponent and time of year. Because of the way Dynamic Pricing operates, you will notice that we no longer reference your individual game price, but rather only your full Membership price.

A: Please reach out to a Membership Specialist at 416.703.5323 (LEAF), they can provide you with your payment history and your remaining balance. If you'd like to pay off your membership sooner, our Membership Specialists can help adjust your payment plan.

A: Members will have access to pre-season and regular season home games played at Scotiabank Arena.

A: No. However, you will have the first right to purchase seats for all home games of the playoffs.

A: You have the option to forward, sell and donate your tickets. For a guide on how to manage your tickets please go to your Online Account Manager

A: We have a limited number of additional tickets available. To purchase additional tickets throughout the season visit Ticketmaster, Ticketmaster Plus or the Membership Specialist team at 416.703.5323 (LEAF).

All games and price levels are subject to availability at the dynamic pricing. MLSE reserve the right to limit the number of additional tickets that a member may purchase. 

A: You can reserve a Birthday Name on our videoboard that will display at the start of Halftime by submitting the Birthday Request Form

All requests must be made at least 2 business days prior to the game you are attending and there is a maximum number of requests per game filled on a first come, first serve basis. (Please note that some games may not be available at the time of your request).
