How do Half Season and Quarter Plans differ?
  • These are pre-selected packages designed for balance and value.
  • Full Season guarantees access to all games.
  • Half Season and Quarter Plan members receive schedules when finalized and can buy extra games via Ticketmaster presales or Flex Plans.
What playoff access do I get?
  • Full Season BFL: First right of refusal for their exact seats for all Playoff games.
  • Half Season BFL (pre-2021-22): Full Playoff strip.
  • Half Season BFL (post-2021-22): Half the home Playoff games, alternating.
  • Quarter Plan BFL: Ticketmaster presale before each round.
How do I request ADA seating?
  • ADA inventory is limited, you will not be able to select this via the My Bolts nation portal, your Account Executive must move your seats manually. Please contact your Account Executive at your timeslot.
Can I drop a seat for the 26-27 season?
  • Relocation is seat-for-seat exchange. Example: If you have four seats you can exchange for up to four seats.
  • To reduce the number of seats on your account, schedule an appointment with your Account Executive.
What are my payment options?
  • Pay In Full
  • 12-Month Bolt for Life Auto-Pay (if you change your membership price, you may be required to pay for the upgrade upon checking out)
  • Additional payments can be made anytime via My Bolts Nation.
Why do I see multiple price points at checkout?
  • Different arena levels have price tiers based on row placement.
  • Example: If you are swapping to a Row A price, you will want to choose the Row A pricing. If you select the Row B pricing, you will be contacted by your Account Executive to reprice your seats to the correct price code.
What’s included in The Mark and Ashley VIP Lounge premium seating?
  • Ashley VIP Lounge:
    • Ice‑level seating
    • All‑inclusive experience (food, drinks, and access to The Mark)
    • Seating includes Rows A & B in the 100 Level and Row C in Sections 130, 101, and 102.
  • The Mark:
    • 200‑level seating
    •  All‑inclusive experience (food, drinks, and access to the cigar lounge).
Is parking included?
  • Bolt for Life Members will have access to a parking presale before the start of the 2026-27 season
  • The Mark & Ashley VIP Lounge members with 4+ seats get one free parking pass.
Do I have to attend the event if I don’t want to move my seats?
  • No, but you can browse available seats. If you don’t make a change, your membership remains the same.
Why is the event online?
  • In addition to us having a very loyal Bolt for Life member fanbase, Benchmark International Arena's busy schedule prevents an in-person event. The online event provides quick and easy access to all plans and available seats.
