PHILADELPHIA FLYERS VS JEFF CARTER POINTS UPDATE:
Last Thursday, the LA Kings were facing the one thing that had given them the most trouble this season...
So the LA Kings did what any NHL team would do when facing arguably one of the worst all-time teams, who just a few days ago had beaten the slumping San Jose Sharks... they put together a minor league team lineup.
I'm just glad that Fox Sports West made sure to do all their research when putting together this graphic showing all the current LA Kings that were once Manchester Monarchs.
Okay, well... let's make it 12.
Thankfully, the LA Kings were able to beat the Buffalo Sabres 2-0 while icing a minor league team. But the most important analysis of this game occurred afterwards in the locker room via a brand-new episode of Kings Weekly.
Jon Quick, forever.
WHAT WE LEARNED FROM THE PAST GAME:
There are a lot of Yiddish hockey fans out there. So... Ironsight Design

LA TOURISM BOARD:
The Vancouver Canucks come into town after beating the slumping San Jose Sharks 4-2
. While this is relatively the same Vancouver Canucks team we've seen over the past few years
, there is one big change.
Also, last week Henrik and Daniel Sedin signed identical contract extensions for 4 years at 7 million dollars each per year. And even though their production has dropped drastically over the past few years, the Sedins still remain the most successful twins of all time, right? RIGHT?!?
THE TOP 5 MORE SUCCESSFUL TWINS THAN THE SEDIN BROTHERS
1. The Epstein Brothers
The Epstein Brothers, Julius and Philip, together wrote what is considered one of the greatest films of all time... Casablanca.
This is also what Jon Rosen and I look like when we nosh together.
And unlike the Sedin Brothers, Julius and Philip Epstein were twins that were actually able to win something.
Winning the 1943 Oscar for Best Screenplay isn't the extent of the Phillips Twins' success. In fact, their grandson Theo, who is also a twin, has won more championships than the Sedins.
2. The Winner Twins
Not just because of their last names, the Winner sisters are well-known throughout the literary community.
At 12 years old, the Winner twins were able to take home the ultimate trophy for being the best in their field, the Benjamin Franklin Award for Best Adolescent Fiction. At 33 years old, the Sedin brothers have won 2 Presidents Trophies for the best regular season record. 3. Matthew and Gunnar Nelson
Sons of legendary performer, Ricky Nelson, Matthew and Gunnar Nelson teamed up in the early 90s to form the band... umm... Nelson.
Their 1990 debut album, After The Rain, was an instant success and the 1st single, (Can't Live Without Your) Love And Affection, hit #1 on the Billboard Top 100 charts. The Sedin brothers have made it as far as #2 once in their career.
4. Twins the Movie
Released in December of 1988, Twins was a box office success. And stars Danny DeVito and Arnold Schwarzenegger took a huge financial gamble by not taking any money upfront for the film and instead taking a percentage of the profits. The actors scored a huge win as the film went on to make $216 million dollars. The Sedin brothers are making $900,000 more in their new contract than their last one, and have yet to win anything of any significance.
5. The Minnesota Twins
Unlike Daniel and Henrik Sedin... the Minnesota Twins have won 2 Championships.
