The Guitar Hero of the Month for November is Anze Kopitar, who received 42 percent of the 582 votes cast on The Kings previous winners are both goaltenders, with the Rookie Jonathan Bernier taking the vote for the Month of September and Jason LaBarbera earning the honor in October.

The super sophomore Kopitar tallied 5-3=8 in 11 games this month, scoring two game-winning goals while the calendar was still turned to November (Nov. 10 vs. Dallas and Nov. 24 vs. San Jose). The pivot matched his career high with two goals vs. Dallas on Nov. 10, including the OT game-winner, in the Kings' memorable 6-5 OT win over Dallas, forever known as the Royal Rebound in which the Kings erased a 4-0 deficit with five goals in just over five minutes to win in OT.

Kopitar beat out three other nominees, which were
Alexander Frolov: Tallied a team-high 10 points in just eight games, with a team-leading nine assists for the month...Frolov accomplished all this despite missing the last two games of the month with a groin injury...had a three-game point streak from Nov. 10-15, scoring 1-6=7 over that three-game span...his three assists tied a career high set twice previously...Dustin Brown: Led the team in goals with six for the month...also tallied three assists for nine points in the team's 11 games...finished the month with a three-game point streak 2-2=4 over that span...Had the game-winning goal vs. San Jose on Nov. 2...also matched his career high of two goals in that game at San Jose, which he had done four times previously..J-S Aubin: Went 2-1-0 in three games for the month...stopped 45-of-47 shots in the Kings win at San Jose on Nov. 2...came on i.n relief of Jason LaBarbera and earned the victory in the Kings' Royal Rebound win over Dallas on Nov. 10.
