KINGS PART WAYS WITH FOUR '07 PICKS

Kings 2007 draft picks Bryan Cameron, Matt Fillier, Josh Kidd and Linden Rowat were not offered contracts by the Los Angeles Kings and will no longer be members of the Kings organization. Cameron, Kidd and Fillier, all over the age of 20, will become free agents, while Rowat is eligible to re-enter the draft.

The Kings 2007 draft included such notables as current Kings Oscar Moller and Wayne Simmonds, as well as prospects Thomas Hickey, Alec Martinez, Dwight King and Joshua Turnbull. Take a look at the Kings 2007 Draft

Cameron, a center for the Belleville Bulls, scored 37-44=81 in 64 OHL games this past season, while adding 7-7=14 in 17 postseason games. Cameron was selected with the Kings third round pick, 82nd overall, in 2007.

Fillier tallied 18-20=38 in 62 games played with the Montreal Juniors of the QMJHL, while adding 1-3=4 in nine postseason games. He was selected with the Kings 10th selection, 188th overall in 2007.

Kidd tallied 1-5=6 in 33 games with the Manchester Monarchs after being selected with the Kings ninth pick, 184th overall in 2007.

Rowat posted a 19-24-4 mark with a 3.07 GAA and a .901 SV% with the Regina Pats, while also appearing in two games with the Ontario Reign, posting a 1-1-0 mark with a 2.91 GAA and a .921 SV%. Rowat was selected with the Kings seventh pick, 124th overall in 2007.
