Vote for the Top Goal of the 2013 Season: Day 3

Josh Bailey 4/1 at NJD: 41% has selected the nine goals from the Islanders 2013 season, and it's up to you, the fans, to decide which will move on in our tournament bracket. Come back daily beginning August 12 to select each day's winner, and on August 22, we'll unveil which goal you've selected as the best of 2013. Voting runs from 12:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. each day.

Today, the voting is between two Josh Bailey tallies. The first one came April 1 at New Jersey, and the second folowed five days later at home against Tampa Bay. Only one will advance to the semi-finals.

Josh Bailey - Apr. 1 at New Jersey

In the opening minute of play, the Islanders put together a 200-foot attack to take a 1-0 lead. Frans Nielsen split two defenders before squeezing a pass to Bailey, who backhanded it around Martin Brodeur.

Josh Bailey - Apr. 6 vs. Tampa Bay

With the score tied 1-1, Kyle Okposo stickhandled his way all the way around the attacking zone, crossing up a defender before backhanding a pass to the middle. Bailey maneuvered around the defenseman in front before beating Ben Bishop.
