The Islanders head to Boston tonight for a preseason date with the Bruins at TD Garden at 7 p.m. The game will be broadcast on NHL Network.

The Islanders (3-1-0) rebounded for a 3-2 shootout win over the New Jersey Devils in their last outing on Friday night at Barclays Center. The Bruins (2-1-1) are coming off of a 3-1 win over the Detroit Red Wings on Saturday.

Islanders Head Coach Jack Capuano is shaking up his lineup again, subbing out 11 players (seven forwards, three defensemen and a goalie) from Friday’s win. Notable changes include Travis Hamonic, Brock Nelson and Mikhail Grabovski swapping out for the Islanders, while Frans Nielsen, Griffin Reinhart and Cal Clutterbuck draw in.

Cory Conacher is slated to start the game on the left wing with John Tavares and Kyle Okposo, as Capuano continues to rotate the top-line role.

The Bruins counter with a veteran lineup including four of their five leading scorers from last season (David Krecji, Patrice Bergeron, Milan Lucic and Brad Marchand). The Bruins defense core features mainstays: Zdeno Chara, Dennis Seidenberg, Johnny Boychuk and third-year blueliner Dougie Hamilton.

Jeremy Smith is expected to start for the Bruins, according to BostonBruins.com.
