1. Kilpailun järjestäjänä toimii NHL Enterprises, L.P., One Manhattan West, 395 9th Avenue, 10001 New York, NY, United States of America. Kilpailuun osallistuminen on riippumatonta tavaran tai palvelun ostamisesta.
1. The organizer of this raffle is NHL Enterprises, L.P., One Manhattan West, 395 9th Avenue, 10001 New York, NY, United States of America. Participation is independent of the purchase of a good or service.
2. Jokainen osallistumiskortin todenmukaisin tiedoin täyttänyt Suomessa asuva henkilö on oikeutettu osallistumaan kilpailuun. Huoltajien on täytettävä osallistumiskortti alle 15 vuotiaiden osallistujien kohdalla. NHL:n sekä NHL Hockey Day in Finland 2026 -tapahtuman järjestämiseen osallistuvien yhtiöiden, välitystoimijoiden ja muiden neuvonantajien työntekijät tai heidän sukulaisensa eivät saa osallistua kilpailuun.
2. Anyone who completes the entry form (”action card“) truthfully and has a residence in Finland is eligible to enter. For participants under the age of 15, the form must be completed by a guardian. Employees of NHL and companies, agencies or advisors participating in the organization of the NHL Hockey Day in Finland 2026 and their relatives are excluded from participation.
3. Kilpailuun voi osallistua ainoastaan henkilökohtaisesti tapahtumapaikalla NHL Hockey Day in Finland 2026 -tapahtuman tehtäviin osallistumalla.
3. The raffle can only be entered in person and on-site at the following participating events of the NHL Hockey Day in Finland 2026.
4. Kilpailuaika alkaa tapahtuman alkaessa ja päättyy tapahtuman päättyessä. Ollakseen oikeutettuja voittamaan kilpailun, osallistujien on oltava tapahtumapaikalla arvonnan suorittamisen aikana.
4. The participation period starts at the beginning of the event and ends at the end of the event. To be eligible to win, participants must be in attendance when draw is made.
5. Jokaiselle osallistujalle jaetaan tapahtumapaikalla osallistumiskortti, johon osallistujat voivat kerätä tarroja osallistumalla osoitettuihin tehtäviin tapahtumapaikalla. Tehtävien loppuun saattamisella ei ole vaikutusta tarrojen saamiseen. Arvonnassa huomioidaan jokainen osallistuja, joka on palauttanut osallistumiskorttinsa arvontalaatikkoon ennen tapahtuman päättymistä ja joka on kerännyt vähintään kaksitoista (12) tarraa osallistumiskorttiin.
5. For participation, each participant receives an action card on site, on which they can collect stickers by participating in the defined actions on site. The completion of the defined actions has no influence on the receipt of a sticker. The draw takes into account each participant who has put his action card in the loot box before the end of the event and has collected at least 12 stickers.
6. Kilpailun arvonta järjestetään tapahtumapaikalla tapahtuman aikana ja kilpailun voittaja julistetaan tapahtumassa. Voittajaan ollaan yhteydessä arvonnan suorittamisen jälkeen ja hänen on oltava paikalla tapahtumassa ollakseen oikeutettu palkintoon. Voittajan on noudettava palkintonsa järjestäjältä tapahtuman aikana. Järjestäjä varaa oikeuden peruuttaa osallistujalle osoittamansa palkinnon, jos palkinnon voittanut osallistuja ei nouda palkintoa tapahtuman aikana.
6. The draw will take place on-site at the event and winning participant will be announced at the event. Winning participant will be contacted at the event following the draw and must be present at the event in order to win. Winning participant must collect their prize from the organizer during the event. Organizer reserves the right to revoke any prizes that winning participant does not collect during the event.
7. Kilpailun voittaja määräytyy arvalla. Tapahtuman aikana suoritetaan kolme (3) arvontaa. Jokaisessa arvonnassa arvotaan yksi (1) palkinto. Osallistuja, joka kerää vähintään kaksitoista (12) tarraa, voi osallistua arvontaan usealla osallistumiskortilla, muttei voi voittaa enempää kuin yhden (1) palkinnon. Yksittäinen osallistuminen arvontaan edellyttää osallistumiskorttia, jossa on vähintään kaksitoista (12) tarraa.
Palkinto voi sisältää 250 euron arvoisen lahjakortin NHL Shopiin (https://shop.international.nhl.com/) tai jääkiekkovarusteita, kuten jääkiekkomailan, jääkiekkohanskat ja/tai luistimet. Järjestäjällä on oikeus määrittää palkinnon sisältö oman harkintansa mukaan (yksittäisen palkinnon laskennallinen arvo on noin 250 euroa (sisältäen alv.) riippuen palkintoon sisältyvien jääkiekkovarusteiden arvosta). Järjestäjä pyrkii toteuttamaan voittajien kokotoivomukset. Lopullinen palkinto saattaa erota osallistumiskorteissa ja/tai tapahtumapaikalla kilpailuun liittyen kuvissa näkyvistä varusteista. Voittajan on oltava paikalla tapahtumassa ollakseen oikeutettu saamaan palkinnon.
7. Three (3) drawings will be conducted at the event to determine which participant is the winner. There is one (1) prize eligible to be awarded for each drawing. A participant, who collects the minimum numbers of stickers (12), can enter the draw with multiple action cards, but a participant cannot win more than one (1) prize. An entry is one (1) action card with at least twelve (12) stickers.
The prize may include a 250 EUR voucher for the NHL Shop at SHOP.INTERNATIONAL.NHL.COM or hockey equipment, which may include a stick, gloves and/or skates, as determined by the organizer in its discretion (approximate retail value of 250 EUR (VAT included) depending on the piece of equipment. The organizer will endeavor to accommodate size preferences. The prize actually awarded may deviate from the equipment shown in pictures of the possible prize on the action card or displayed at the event site. The winner must be present at the event to become eligible to receive prizing.
8. Palkintoja ei voi vaihtaa rahaan tai muihin tuotteisiin. Kilpailun voittaja hyväksyy sellaiset pakottavat muutokset palkintoon, jotka aiheutuvat arvonnan osapuolten vaikutusmahdollisuuksien ulkopuolisista tekijöistä, kuitenkin rajoittuen siihen, että jos alkuperäistä palkintoa ei pystytä toimittamaan voittajalle, arvonnan toteuttavat osapuolet osoittavat voittajalle pakinnon, joka on riittävän samanarvoinen alkuperäiseen palkintoon verrattuna.
8. A cash payment or exchange of the profit is not possible. The winner accepts necessary changes to the prize caused by other factors beyond the control of the parties involved in the Sweepstakes; provided, however, that if the parties involved in the Sweepstakes are unable to provide the original prize to the winner, then such parties will instead provide a prize that is reasonably equivalent.
9. Järjestäjä varaa oikeuden keskeyttää tai päättää kilpailu kokonaan tai osittain, jos kilpailun järjestämisen yhteydessä ilmenee ongelmia, jotka vaarantavat kilpailun rehellisyyden. Kilpailuun sovelletaan Suomen lakia. Riidat, jotka koskevat kilpailun yleisten ehtojen soveltamista ratkaistaan toimivaltaisessa yleisessä tuomioistuimessa. Osallistujien on myös mahdollista kääntyä kuluttajariitalautakunnan puoleen riidan käsittelemiseksi lautakunnan toimivallan puitteissa. Ennen asian viemistä kuluttajariitalautakunnan käsittelyyn kuluttajan tulee olla yhteydessä kuluttajaneuvontaan (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
9. The organizer reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in whole or in part if difficulties arise which jeopardize the integrity of the Sweepstakes. For the competition, Finnish law applies. Disputes arising from the application of these Terms & Conditions will be heard by a general court. Participants can also turn to the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta) to have the dispute tried to the extent that the board is competent to try the dispute. The Consumer Disputes Board’s address is Hämeentie 3, Box 306, 00531 Helsinki and the website’s address is www.kuluttajariita.fi. Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the customer must contact The Customer Advice Service (Kuluttajaneuvonta) (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
10. Kukin osallistuja voi osallistua arvontaan enintään kolme (3) kertaa. Kilpailun ehtojen rikkominen johtaa osallistujan poissulkemiseen kilpailusta.
10. Only up to three (3) entries are allowed per person. A violation of the conditions of participation leads to exclusion from the competition.
11. Osallistuja hyväksyy, ettei hänellä ole oikeutta siirtää näitä ehtoja tai näiden ehtojen nojalla määräytyviä oikeuksia tai velvollisuuksia ilman järjestäjän antamaa kirjallista suostumusta. Osallistuja hyväksyy, että järjestäjä voi siirtää nämä ehdot sekä näiden ehtojen nojalla määräytyvät oikeudet tai velvollisuudet yritysjärjestelyn tai omaisuuden myynnin yhteydessä lain nojalla tai soveltuvan lainsäädännön niin salliessa. Järjestäjä toimittaa osallistujalle riittävän etukäteisen ilmoituksen tällaisesta siirrosta.
11. To the extent permitted by applicable law, participant agrees that they may not assign, transfer or delegate these Terms & Conditions or their rights and obligations hereunder without organizer's prior written acceptance. Participant agrees that organizer may assign, transfer or delegate these Terms & Conditions and any rights and obligations hereunder, in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, by operation of law or where applicable laws otherwise permit. Organizer will provide participant with reasonable advance notice of any assignment, transfer or delegation.
12. Voidakseen osallistua kilpailuun, osallistujien on annettava järjestäjälle tiettyjä henkilötietoja. Rekisterinpitäjänä osallistumiskortilla annettavien henkilötietojen käsittelyssä toimii NHL Enterprises, L.P., One Manhattan West, 395 9th Avenue, 10001 New York, NY, United States of America. Henkilötiedot kerätään, käsitellään ja säilytetään kilpailun järjestämistä ja hallinnoimista varten (oikeusperuste: tietosuoja-asetuksen artikla 6(1) b). Osallistumalla kilpailuun sitoudut näihin ehtoihin ja tiedostat henkilötietojasi käsiteltävän ja säilytettävän NHL:n Tietosuojaselosteen (https://www.nhl.com/info/privacy-policy) mukaisesti. Osallistujien henkilötietoja ei siirretä EU:n ja ETA:n ulkopuolelle.
NHL Shopin lahjakortin voittajan on lisäksi lahjakortin lunastaessaan luovutettava tiettyjä henkilötietoja. Tätä tarkoitusta varten noudatetaan NHL Shopin Tietosuojaselostetta (https://shop.international.nhl.com/en/nhl-privacy-policy/ch-2066).
Kilpailuun osallistuneita, voitotta jääneitä osallistujia koskevat henkilötiedot poistetaan viimeistään kolmen (3) kuukauden kuluttua kilpailun järjestämisestä. Voittajaa koskevia henkilötietoja säilytetään niin kauan kuin kyseiset tiedot ovat tarpeellisia vero- tai kirjanpitotarkoituksia varten.
Sovellettavan tietosuojalainsäädännön mukaisesti osallistujilla on oikeus pyytää tietoja siitä, mitä henkilötietoja järjestäjä kerää osallistujista. Osallistujilla on oikeus pyytää järjestäjää oikaisemaan osallistujaa koskevat virheelliset tiedot, oikeus vastustaa tai pyytää rajoittamaan osallistujaa koskevien henkilötietojen käsittelyä, oikeus saada pääsy osallistujaa koskeviin henkilötietoihin sekä oikeus saada osallistujaa koskevat henkilötiedot poistettua tai siirrettyä. Osallistujat voivat pyytää henkilötietoja (tietosuoja-asetuksen 15 artikla), henkilötietojen oikaisua (tietosuoja-asetuksen 16 artikla) tai henkilötietojen poistamista (tietosuoja-asetuksen 17 artikla), jos oikeuksien soveltamisen edellytykset täyttyvät. Henkilötietojen käsittelyä koskevat kysymykset ja huomautukset voi lähettää ST Hockey:lle sähköpostitse ([email protected]). Osallistujalla on lisäksi oikeus kääntyä tietosuojavaltuutetun puoleen.
12. In order to enter the competition, the participants must provide the organizer with certain personal data. Controller of the personal data provided by the participant on the action card is NHL Enterprises, L.P., One Manhattan West, 395 9th Avenue, 10001 New York, NY, United States of America. The personal data will only be collected, processed and stored for the purpose of conducting and administering the competition (legal basis: Art. 6(1) b) GDPR). By entering the competition, the participants accept to be bound by these terms and conditions and acknowledge the processing and storing of the personal data as set out in the NHL's Privacy Policy (https://www.nhl.com/info/privacy-policy). No personal data of the participants will be transferred outside the EU and EEA.
The winner of the gift voucher for the NHL Shop will need to provide personal data to the NHL Shop's store to redeem the voucher. For this, the NHL Shop’s Privacy Policy at SHOP.INTERNATIONAL.NHL.COM applies.
The data of those participants who do not win will be deleted after three months at the latest. The data of the winner will be kept as long as they are required for tax and accounting purposes.
In accordance with applicable data protection laws, the participants have the right to request details about the information we collect about you and to request us to correct inaccuracies in that information, to object to or request the restriction of processing, and to request access to, or the erasure or portability of your information. The participants can request information (Art. 15 GDPR), correction (Art. 16 GDPR) or deletion (Art. 17 GDPR) if the respective legal requirements are met. Questions and complaints can be filed with ST Hockey by email ([email protected]). You also have the right to revert to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
