LIVE AUCTION RULES

The 2025 Dux In Tux presented by Honda Live Auction items will take place in-person only at the event. Those not at the event are welcome to place a maximum bid online through the following link (https://duckshondacenter.formstack.com/forms/dux\in\tux\live\auction) and one of our volunteers will place bids on your behalf. By submitting the form, you agree that: (a) a volunteer is permitted to place bids on your behalf for the items as indicated in the submitted form, and (b) the credit card provided in the form may automatically be charged for the amount of the winning bid.

At the close of the auction, successful bidders will be notified by phone call and/or email. The credit card registered to the winning bidders will be automatically charged for the amount of the winning bid. Sales tax will be applied to winning bids, if applicable.

Payment in full at the event or online is required. If payment isn’t received within 30 days of the conclusion of the auction, the successful bidder will forfeit the item to the next bidder.

Successful bidders attending the event must pick up their auction items on Thursday, February 6, 2025. Successful bidders not in attendance can make arrangements to pick up auction items from Honda Center starting on Tuesday, February 11, 2025.
