AUTOMATIC RENEWAL AGREEMENT

For purposes of this Agreement, each “Renewal Term” consists of the current season’s playoffs (should the Bruins qualify for the NHL playoffs) and the following preseason and regular season. For example, the 2025-26 Renewal Term consists of the 2025 playoffs, should the Bruins qualify, and the 2025-2026 preseason and regular season.

I, the Season Package holder as indicated below, understand and agree that all components of my Season Package (e.g., Season Tickets, Legends Membership, and/or Parking Pass, as applicable) will automatically renew each year for the next Renewal Term, with the specific date of such renewal to be determined at the sole discretion of the Bruins (the “Automatic Renewal Date”). I understand that I may permanently cancel any or all of Season Package during my annual opt-out window, and the Bruins may cancel any or all of my Season Package for any reason and at any time. For example, if I am a Season Ticket and Parking Pass holder and the Bruins establish February 1, 2026 as my Automatic Renewal Date, then my Season Tickets and Parking Pass will automatically renew on February 1, 2026 for the 2026 playoffs (should the Bruins qualify for the NHL playoffs) and the 2026-27 preseason and regular season.

I understand that each year the Bruins will provide me with a written “Notification” at least 30 days but no more than 60 days prior to my next Automatic Renewal Date. I understand that, prior to my Automatic Renewal Date, I will also receive notice of any change to the price of my Season Package for the next Renewal Term and other material information. Such Notification may, at the Bruins’ sole discretion, include an option to decline the purchase of the current season’s playoff tickets (should the Bruins qualify for the NHL playoffs). If I wish to cancel any component of my Season Package before it is automatically renewed for the next Renewal Term or, as applicable, decline to purchase the current season’s playoff tickets (if such option is made available to me by the Bruins), it is my responsibility to respond according to the instructions provided and before the Automatic Renewal Date.

I hereby authorize the Bruins to charge my credit or debit card (or withdraw from my bank account via Electronic Funds Transfer, if so selected by me), for the purpose of paying for my Season Package for each Renewal Term. For all Season Package payments, the foregoing recurring payment authorization shall remain in effect, subject to change by the Bruins, for as long as I am a Season Package holder. In the event I cancel any component of my Season Package for any Renewal Term (in accordance with the terms set forth above), I understand that I will no longer be obligated for any payments to the Bruins for future Renewal Term for such component, but I will remain responsible for any outstanding payments for the current Term. I will also remain responsible for all payments for any Season Package components that I did not cancel.

I acknowledge that use of my Season Package is conditioned upon my acceptance and compliance with this Agreement and the Bruins policies and procedures governing my Season Tickets, Legends Membership, and/or Parking Pass, as applicable. I agree that the Bruins may, at any time and at their sole discretion, revise the terms of this Agreement, and that the most current version of this Agreement (and the Bruins Season Ticket policies and procedures) will always be available at \*\*https://www.nhl.com/bruins/tickets/seasonticketholder/terms-conditions.\*\* If any revision to this Agreement is material and occurs outside the annual renewal period, I understand that the Bruins will provide me with written notification of such revision. By continuing to use my Season Package after a revised Agreement becomes effective, I agree to be bound by the revised Agreement.
